According to the school calendar and overall work arrangement, the summer vacation schedule and related requirements for 2025 are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Summer vacation schedule
1. Students: Senior students can leave the school after the final exams of this semester. The holiday will start on July 7, 2025, and they will return to school for registration on September 6 and 7 of the next semester. Classes will officially begin on September 8.
2. Faculty and staff: Holiday from July 14th to September 5th, 2025. From July 7th to 11th, each secondary teaching unit carefully organized internal training for summer teachers and practical work in enterprises. During the summer vacation, faculty and staff should properly arrange their work preparation and rotation for the next semester according to the needs of their department (unit). All faculty and staff will start working normally on September 6th. Middle level cadres should not leave Ning before the end of July in principle.
2、 Related requirements
1. Promote the implementation of key tasks. Based on the comprehensive assessment indicators and annual goals and tasks for high-quality development of provincial universities, each unit and department actively plans for the second half of the year after comprehensively reviewing and summarizing the progress of work in the first half of the year. Effectively carry out key tasks such as inspection and rectification, and systematic rectification of prominent problems; Solidly carry out special work such as in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation in learning and education, teaching ability and skill competitions, construction of training bases, summer social practice, teacher training and enterprise practice, enrollment and admission, visiting enterprises and expanding positions, social training, and evaluation of educational capabilities; Carefully arrange support work such as bidding, infrastructure maintenance, financial reimbursement, reception and conference services.
2. Strictly on duty. Strictly implement the three-level duty system according to the summer duty schedule. Each relevant department shall arrange personnel to be on duty according to the needs of summer work. All types of duty personnel should strengthen duty discipline, enhance campus inspections, maintain campus safety and stability, establish duty ledgers, ensure smooth information flow, and promptly handle emergency and important information and follow relevant reporting procedures.
3. Maintain campus safety and stability. All units and departments should continue to carry out safety education online and offline before teachers and students leave school and during the summer vacation, carefully organize safety inspections in key areas throughout the school, and promptly rectify any problems found. Relevant departments and units should do a good job in the safety management of summer students staying on campus. All staff should enhance their awareness of heatstroke prevention, flood prevention, disaster prevention, and drowning prevention. Relevant departments should prepare and deploy for summer flood prevention and disaster prevention on campus to ensure the safety and stability of the campus.
