On March 10th, a typical case exchange and sharing meeting for external cooperation and exchange among universities in the province was held in Yangzhou. The case submitted by the college, Collaboration between Schools and Enterprises for Diversified Joint Education and Training of International Skilled Talents in New Energy Vehicles, was successfully selected as one of the Top Ten typical cases for external cooperation and exchange among vocational colleges in 2024.
Since 2021, the college has collaborated with Thailand's Lanna Royal Institute of Technology, Beijing Huasheng, and Xiaopeng Motors to explore a school enterprise collaborative model for talent cultivation in new energy vehicles. It has achieved fruitful results in the cultivation of skilled talents, standard output, and the construction of overseas teaching and training bases, providing much-needed technical and skilled talents for China's new energy vehicle enterprises to go global. The international students trained in this project have won the gold medal in the international group of the 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition, and Chinese and Thai universities have been selected as one of the first batch of China ASEAN Thousand Schools Collaboration Plan project schools.
In recent years, the international cooperation and exchange of the college have focused on high-quality development, relying on projects such as Jingshi School, Zhenghe College, Zhenghe Baochuan Workshop, and the construction of the Chinese+Vocational Skills training base to output Nanjing Jiaotong University's plan. This selection shows the achievements of our international school running. The college will take this opportunity to deepen the cooperation model of teaching with output, industry and education together, and better serve the joint construction of the the Belt and Road overseas industrial park.
