Deputy Secretary Wen Aimin congratulated on the successful holding of the seminar, and introduced in detail the achievements made by the university and Thai universities in the international talent cultivation of new energy automobile testing and maintenance technology, and briefly reviewed the history of the Ministry of Education's humanities exchange program “New Energy Automobile Testing and Maintenance Technology”, and put forward suggestions and requirements for the future development of the program. Nopporn Patcharaprakiti, Dean of the Faculty of Research and Development of Royal Thai Lanna University of Technology (RTHLUT), introduced the talent cultivation system of RTHLUT, made a detailed statement on the market demand and development trend of new energy automobile in Thailand, and made a prospect of cooperation between universities and enterprises in talent cultivation, technical skill training, and participation in the development of Thailand's new energy automobile industry and the promotion of Thailand's industrial transformation. He also gave an outlook on the cooperation between universities and enterprises in personnel training, technical skills training and participation in the development of Thailand's new energy vehicle industry and the promotion of Thailand's industrial transformation.
The participants and representatives of teachers and international students from the School of Automotive Engineering had a detailed study and exchange on “new energy vehicle technology curriculum resources, international talent training, and technical skills transformation training for Thai social workers”. Mr. Yang Jie, Director of Industry-University-Research of Wohang Technology of Kaiwu Group, introduced the Group's work in the international development of new energy vehicles, research and development of autonomous driving technology, and digital twin system of vehicles, etc. Mr. Cheng Liqun and Mr. Qiu Qian, vice deans of the School of Automotive Engineering, and teachers Mr. Liu Yiguan and Mr. Liu Jing made a detailed study and exchange of views on “new energy vehicle testing and troubleshooting, new energy vehicle high-voltage parts cognition, and internationalization course teaching of international students” and other aspects. Mr. Pawramet Bansith from Royal Northeastern Polytechnic University introduced in detail the localization and cluster management project of new energy vehicles in Thailand. The representatives of the university and enterprises also had a warm discussion on the product development, technology transfer and staff training of new energy vehicles in Thailand.
During the working period, representatives of Thai schools and enterprises also visited the national virtual simulation training base, the training room of the School of Automotive Engineering, and visited the Thai international students, and highly affirmed the campus environment, the construction of the training room and the cultivation of international students of the School.
