On the morning of September 19, led by Wang Daibi, deputy secretary of the general party branch of the department of basic teaching (office of international cooperation and exchange)organized international students from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Indonesia and other countries to visit and exchange activities in Nanjing Connie Mechatronics Co.
The international students were warmly received and meticulously guided by Mr. Xue Shengbo, deputy general manager of overseas business department. Led by Mr. Xue, they first stepped into the exhibition hall full of technological charm, which not only displayed the development history and brilliant achievements of Cognex, but also vividly explained the company's leading position in the field of rail transportation equipment and its global layout through a series of innovative products and technical models. The international students stopped and listened carefully, expressing great admiration for the technical strength and international influence of C&E.
Afterwards, the international students went into the manufacturing workshop to witness the miraculous transformation process from raw materials to finished products. The modernized production lines, precise mechanical equipment, and busy and orderly working scenes all made the international students deeply feel the vigorous development and technological innovation of China's manufacturing industry. During the visit, Mr. Xue also introduced in detail the urgent demand for “l(fā)ocalized” technical and skillful talents, and emphasized the importance of having both cross-cultural communication ability and professional skills in overseas market expansion.
The visit not only provided a valuable opportunity for international students to experience the operation mode and technological innovation of Chinese enterprises, but also provided them with an in-depth cultural exchange and collision of ideas. Through the direct dialogue with the senior management of the enterprises, the international students have a more profound understanding and thinking about how to combine what they have learned with the international market demand, and how to become a bridge connecting different cultures in their future career.
