Recently, the 2023 Annual Conference of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association's Foreign Management Research Association and the Seminar on Digital Management in Foreign Affairs to Assist Universities in High Quality Foreign Cooperation were held in Zhenjiang. More than 140 representatives from the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Higher Education Association, the Nanjing Public Security Bureau, and 79 universities in the province attended the meeting. Our school won the title of exemplary organization of Foreign related Management in Jiangsu Province in 2023.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the proposal of jointly building the the Belt and Road initiative. The college's party and government attach great importance to international cooperation and exchange, focus on the school running characteristics of relying on and serving transportation, actively serve the country to expand education opening to the outside world, establish the concept of a game of chess for the whole school, improve the system and mechanism of foreign-related management, and have achieved fruitful results in foreign-related management. In the comprehensive evaluation of high-quality development in foreign cooperation and exchange among universities in Jiangsu Province, our university was awarded the A grade. Modern logistics management, automotive testing and maintenance technology were selected for the Jiangsu Province 14th Five Year Plan International Talent Training Brand Professional Construction Project. Among them, the modern logistics management major was excellent in the mid-term acceptance.
The newly added college collaborated with Moscow State University of Technology to hold a specialized cooperation project in mechatronics technology, and successfully held an international academic conference and a school enterprise international talent training seminar. We attach great importance to expanding the international perspective of students and have achieved dual improvement in their ability to travel abroad and cross-cultural communication.
The college will continue to promote the development of international talent cultivation and teaching and research internationalization through high-quality foreign management work, providing strong support for building an international education brand for transportation vocational education.
