Recently, the first overseas teaching team of the college, consisting of three people, successfully completed the teaching tasks of the New Energy Vehicle Testing and Maintenance major course and the Chinese language course at Royal Lana Polytechnic University in Thailand, and successfully returned to school.
During their teaching at the Royal Polytechnic University of Lana, Thailand, three teachers taught courses such as Construction of New Energy Vehicles, Automobile Structure, and Chinese, And lectures such as Development of New Energy Vehicle Industry in China and Exploration of Vocational Education, Carbon Neutral and New Energy Vehicles, and Antent Chinese Art were held for Thai teachers and students. The teachers' rigorous work attitude, rich professional education, and flexible classroom organization have received unanimous praise from Thai teachers and students.
During the teaching process, the teaching team had extensive and in-depth exchanges with Thai universities on future professional cooperation and project expansion. The outstanding advantages of the college's new energy vehicle testing and maintenance program have been highly recognized by Thai universities. Lana Royal Polytechnic University actively invited employees of ECU Shop, a Thai automotive company, to attend the school. The teaching team conducted a special training session on The Development Trend of New Energy Vehicles for students majoring in new energy vehicle testing and maintenance and employees of the company. After class, both universities and ECU Shop company had professional exchanges.
During his teaching period in Thailand, President Zatury Tomplen of the Royal Polytechnic University of Lanna warmly met with all members of the teaching team. President Zatury Thompson gave a brief introduction to the education situation of the Royal Polytechnic University of Lana and warmly welcomed the arrival of the teaching group. He highly affirmed the iconic significance of the teaching team in the process of cooperation between the two universities, and expressed his fervent hope for further in-depth cooperation between the two schools in the future.
The new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance specialty jointly established by Nanjing Jiaotong Research Institute and Royal Lanna University of Technology in Thailand takes the college's automobile specialty and provincial brand specialty group as the platform, actively implements the national the Belt and Road initiative, provides industry development assistance for Thailand's Industry 4.0, and provides Nanjing Jiaotong Research Institute Program for Royal Lanna University of Technology in Thailand to cultivate new energy vehicle professionals with the international standard of new energy vehicle specialty.
This Thai teaching group is our school's first overseas teaching group. The successful completion of this teaching mission to Thailand marks another solid step in the process of strengthening the internationalization of education and building a transportation vocational college with international influence.
