In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the exchange and study group work for college students abroad, the college has held pre departure education meetings for students to study and exchange in Malaysia and Macau. The pre travel education conference was organized by the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, with a research group led by teachers. A total of 25 students from the research group who went to Malaysia and Macau during the summer, as well as exchange students who went to Malaysia Polytechnic University in the autumn, participated in the conference. The conference also invited parents of students to participate online.
The attendees first watched a special feature film from Mala Institute of Technology and a video of the college's research group in Macau and South Korea. Student representatives of each delegation made a statement, promising to strictly abide by various foreign affairs disciplines at home (abroad), keep in mind that they represent not only individuals, but also the image of Nanjing Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University students, cherish the opportunity of cross-cultural exchange and learning, and look forward to fruitful learning achievements during research and exchange learning.
The teachers in charge of each group made their own statements, stating that they will do a good job in providing learning guidance and educational management for students during their studies at Malay Polytechnic University and Macau during their overseas guidance period to ensure their safety. During visits to universities abroad, actively promote the school, expand enrollment channels for international students, and deepen inter school cooperation. I hope that students will cherish the hard-earned learning opportunities, broaden their international perspective during the process of studying abroad, achieve success in their studies, and share their learning outcomes with more teachers and students after returning to school.

The college has always attached great importance to promoting the international school running project, focused on cultivating students' international literacy, constantly deepened cooperation and exchanges with high-level universities at home and abroad, and added a number of cooperation projects such as Malaysia Mala University of Technology summer research, City University of Macau summer research.
