Chinese+vocational skills is a high-quality export of China's vocational education internationalization, and also an important measure for Nanjing Jiaotong University to improve the international school running level and output high-quality vocational education resources. Recently, relying on the Association of Southeast Asian Ministers of Education, the college has carried out a series of Chinese+vocational skills training for 11 ASEAN countries, further helping ASEAN youth learn Chinese+vocational skills, and training overseas local employees for going global Chinese enterprises.
This Chinese+Vocational Skills training has four kinds of courses, including Chinese+intelligent logistics technology, Chinese+road and bridge engineering technology, Chinese+building engineering technology, and Chinese+traditional culture. The training will be conducted through teacher live broadcast+teaching resources+learning platform and the combination of theoretical knowledge learning+skill training immersive experience. Road and bridge and the School of Port and Navigation Engineering, the School of Transportation Management, the School of Architectural Engineering Seven teachers, including the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, gave lectures, and college students from 11 ASEAN countries and practitioners from related industries participated in the study.
On September 28, the first lecture of the Chinese+ series of training - Chinese+intelligent logistics technology online training was successfully held. 196 students and enterprise employees from 8 countries, including Cambodia and the Philippines, participated in the training. Ma Yaowen, a teacher from the Institute of Transportation Management, made a special sharing on the Application of Intelligent Logistics Technology in China's Logistics Enterprises, systematically introduced the development and application of advanced technologies such as intelligent logistics information technology, intelligent logistics artificial intelligence technology, and intelligent logistics blockchain technology in China, and designed online skills training links in combination with relevant professional knowledge. The training content was highly professional and practical, and the students responded warmly. In the interactive Q&A session, Mr. Ma also conducted a profound exchange and discussion with students on the application of intelligent logistics technology in ASEAN countries. The students actively asked questions and the atmosphere was active.
The first lesson of this training has laid a good foundation for the college to carry out a series of Chinese+ trainings for ASEAN countries. The college will strive to overcome the impact of the new global epidemic, break the time and space constraints, further explore the Chinese+vocational skills education model, build a Chinese+vocational skills education resource sharing platform, build a Chinese+vocational skills education brand, and contribute to the vocational education program of Nanjing Jiaotong University.
