The Hanfu, also known as Han Chinese traditional costume, is a traditional clothing and accessory system that was developed from the reign of the Yellow Emperor to the middle of the 17th century AD (late Ming and early Qing dynasties) in the main inhabited areas of the Han people, with the Huaxia-Han culture as the background and leading ideology, and with the Chinese ritual culture as the center. The traditional clothing and accessory system, which was formed through natural evolution, has a unique Han style and character and is clearly different from other ethnic groups. It is the embodiment of China's Kingdom of Clothes, State of Etiquette, Jinxiu Zhonghua and Ceres, and carries the outstanding craftsmanship and aesthetics of the Han people, including dyeing, weaving and embroidery, and has inherited more than 30 Chinese intangible cultural heritages and protected Chinese arts and crafts.
